What are the charges for selling on Super Bachat?
- Commission: Flat 1% per order
- Monthly Platform Fee: ₹300-₹500 depends on products.
- One-time Setup Fee
- Penalties: ₹100 for cancellations or not updating out-of-stock products
How do I receive payments?
Payments are processed weekly (every Monday) and transferred directly to your registered bank account after deducting commissions and applicable fees.
What happens if I cancel an order?
A ₹100 penalty is applied for each order canceled after confirmation. Frequent cancellations may lead to account suspension.
What is the inventory update policy?
Sellers must update stock levels regularly. A ₹100 penalty is applied if a product is out of stock but not updated.
Who handles shipping?
Sellers:
Self-ship orders, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.
What are the product dispatch requirements?
- Sellers must record a video while dispatching the product to verify condition and packaging.
- Customers must record an unboxing video for dispute resolution.
